Qualifications

• Au moins 1 an d'expérience en tant que technicien de maintenance ou agent d'entretien.
• Compétences en réparations mineures, peinture, nettoyage et électricité.
• Capacité à lire et interpréter des documents de sécurité et des manuels d'entretien.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des tâches de réparation générale, y compris la plomberie et le remplacement d'appareils.
• Assurer que les bâtiments et les terrains sont propres et en bon état.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Site Manager pour prioriser les ordres de travail.

What you'll get to do...

As our Maintenance Technician / Janitor, you'll be our go-to-person for all repair needs. You'll work on a variety of work assignments doing general repair tasks. They will range from floor repair to painting to plumbing to appliance replacement.

You'll take pride in your work to ensure buildings and grounds are kept clean, orderly, and in good, working safe conditions.

You'll work closely with the Site Manager to prioritize work orders.

Let's talk about the Background, Knowledge, & Experience We're Looking For...

At least 1 years' experience as a maintenance technician and/or janitorial.

Experience will include general building maintenance repairs performing minor repairs to buildings, equipment, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing.

Willingness to learn and team player.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
