Job summary

ImageFIRST is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery across our facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, program PLCs, and maintain logs while adhering to safety and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Regular, consistent attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair of industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery.
• Write, maintain and follow SOPs and JSAs.
• Program PLCs.
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
• Communicate with Production Associates and Management.
• Maintain and secure tools, clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and provide training as requested.
• Order tools and inventory parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team!

Shift Various Monday - Friday Occasionally Saturday
Pay $30 - $40/ hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery
• Write, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
• Program PLC's
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs
• Communicate with Production Associates and Management
• Maintain and secure work tools
• Clean and maintain work area
• Follow all safety procedures
• Provide training as requested
• Order tools and machinery inventory parts
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas
