The Scion Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service and repair units across our properties in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. You will handle preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and turnover preparation to ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a CPO or plan to obtain within six months, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Occasional travel and on-call nights/weekends may be required.

Scion is paving a path in student living and the Maintenance Technician is an integral part in the execution of our vision. This position responds to maintenance and repair service requests, carries out preventive maintenance tasks, prepares apartments for turnovers, and stays on top of requesting required supplies in a timely matter. The Maintenance Technician ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment and ensures optimal service is provided to our customers.
