Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior community buildings and grounds in top condition. You’ll work with your hands and tools to meet residents' expectations while following current regulations and company policies.

The role covers preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire systems, generators, and appliances, with coordination with directors and residents. Brookdale offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Qualifications

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
