Job summary

The Shores is a vibrant IRT living community in Oklahoma City seeking a Service Technician to perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service. You will routinely inspect grounds and units, assist with apartment turns, and ensure maintenance areas stay organized and compliant with safety and building codes.

Strong communication with residents and team members is essential, as is the ability to lift heavy items and participate in multi-day trainings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; move items up/downstairs and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common areas.

• Communicate with residents and team members to provide excellent service.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
