• Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to walls, floors, furniture, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Assists with carpet cleaning, floor care, and general housekeeping tasks, including preparing resident apartments to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Supports the maintenance of essential building systems such as HVAC, water systems, and emergency generators, and participates in routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensures safety compliance, follows proper safety procedures, and helps maintain a hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
