Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Nevada is seeking Maintenance Technicians to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained while supporting the manager to ensure smooth operations for customers.

No experience is required—we will teach you. This customer‑facing role covers cleaning, basic maintenance, equipment checks, and collaboration with store, restaurant, and truck care teams. We also offer tuition assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment, including HVAC, fuel systems, and plumbing; perform site inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
