Menasha Corporation seeks a qualified Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in the production area, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role supports lean manufacturing and requires adherence to safety and GMP guidelines.
Shifting on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am), you will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and safe operations.

To troubleshoot and communicate mechanical issues in the production area and to maintain a productive, safe and clean work environment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Electrician preferred but will train the right individual.
Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business. Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed. Ability to effectively work in teams. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles. Technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment. Mechanical aptitude. Strong math skills. Computer ability. Strong troubleshooting skills. Metal fabrication skills. Printing background preferred.
