Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Mukilteo, WA to help keep our apartment community running smoothly and residents smiling. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to lead with a hands‑on approach.

You will perform make-ready tasks, conduct regular inspections, manage tools and inventory, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. A practical, teamwork‑driven mindset is essential to success in this supportive, community-focused

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Minor appliance skills.
• General knowledge about building equipment.
• Able to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs - replace disposals and faucets.
• Handle service calls in a timely manner.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good relations with team and contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with apartment make‑ready procedures
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval

• Familiarity with plumbing repairs - change garbage disposals and replace faucets
• Handle service calls in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Own and maintain your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
