KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a part-time role at the Miami Beach property. The technician will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections of mechanical systems and common areas, both indoors and outdoors.
The position requires weekend coverage (Saturday through Monday, 8:30am–5:00pm). Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of maintenance experience, be safety‑minded, and capable of following work orders and safety protocols.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work throughout the property. This includes preventive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and general upkeep of the building’s mechanical systems, equipment, interior areas, exterior areas, and common spaces.
This position is scheduled to work Saturday's through Monday's / 8:30am - 5:00pm - Part-time.

The position will require for the employee to work indoor and outdoors. The position will be located at a property where people reside. Noise level may be moderate to loud.

The employee is required to walk through out the majority of their shift. The position will require the employee to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Position will require employee to climb stairs, climb ladders, work at heights above ground, be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud on occasion.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work will be set by the property and will coincide with the hours of the association. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
No travel is expected for this position.
Employee reports directly to the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor of the community. If there is no Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor at the site, then employee will report to the Property Manager.

Minimum 1 year of maintenance, handyman, building operations, or related property maintenance experience required. Experience with minor plumbing, electrical, A/C, painting, carpentry, preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, and general building repairs preferred. Condominium, residential, or hospitality property experience is a plus.
