Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled trades and general upkeep across campus buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will help ensure safety, reliability and comfort for residents and staff by completing work orders and routine preventive maintenance.
The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of maintenance experience.
This position will be responsible for providing maintenance services to keep the facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in
good repair. In so doing, significant contributions are made to the safety, well-being and comfort of residents and employees.

Compensation Pay Range:
$21.95 - $29.22 per hour
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $21.95 - $29.22 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
