Job summary

Club Car Wash in McKinney, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to keep our car wash equipment running smoothly and safely. This FT, non-exempt role offers hands-on work with advanced machinery and requires practical electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical skills.

You will perform preventative maintenance, track work orders across sites, and respond to routine and emergency needs while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with tools and heavy machinery.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule including after or before business hours work.
• Willing to travel for short extents of time for projects or training.
• Must be able to perform under physical demands.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Overview:

The maintenance technician plays an essential, behind-the-scenes role in the car wash operation. Our technicians need to have Mechanical aptitude, ability, and desire to learn with some of the most advanced car wash equipment and technology in the industry. Excited to train the right candidate with the mindset and skills who can prove themselves independent, hardworking, and preform top quality task day in and day out.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Car wash experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with tools and heavy machinery
• Desired experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general maintenance
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to communicate effectivey
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including urgent needs. A few maintenances tasks will require after or before business hours work to safely perform the task
• Willing to travel if needed for short extents of time for projects or training
• Must be able to perform under physical demands

  • Bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders
  • Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
