Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Mankato, MN to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, CMMS usage, and collaboration with operations to minimize downtime.

You will troubleshoot issues, repair equipment during production, and support safety initiatives while coordinating with interdepartmental teams. This position is full-time and on-site in Mankato, MN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with SAP PM and CMMS.

This role troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs equipment issues, manages maintenance activities using CMMS, and collaborates with other departments to support continuous improvement. The technician also helps maintain facility safety through equipment installation, grounds upkeep, and proactive communication of potential hazards.What you will be doing· Coordinate, implement, and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance schedules, improvements, and projects for production and facility equipment.· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment, including emergency and unscheduled repairs during production.· Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to process work requests, manage maintenance data, research parts, and schedule maintenance activities.· Collaborate with operations and other departments to execute job plans, ensure resource availability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.· Maintain facility and property safety, including equipment installation, grounds upkeep, and communication of potential hazards to management and staff.Basic Requirements:· High School Diploma or GED.· Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.· In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent.
