Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment across our stores. You’ll support store, restaurant, and truck care operations while delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided if you have no prior experience.

The role involves using various tools and equipment for maintenance tasks and may include cross-training in related departments. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment to support facility operations (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Potential cross-training in Store/Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Safety and customer satisfaction come first, following company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service across departments.
• Operate tools and equipment for cleaning and maintenance; perform inspections and repairs as needed.
• Cross-train in other departments as required by the business.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
