Job summary

Metes and Bounds Management in Long Prairie, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to refurbish apartments prior to occupancy and perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination. You will provide maintenance services and use your own basic tools.

You will need to clear a thorough background check.

In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation. You will be required to obtain your Boilers license within 90 days of employment.
