Morningstar Properties LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep our facilities safe, clean, and operational across multiple properties. The role involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and independent activity in an active environment.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, plus daily upkeep of vehicles.

Qualifikationen

• Past maintenance and/or janitorial experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required for occasional driving tasks.
• Ability to move around the property and perform hands-on work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/techniques.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor roofing repairs.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists on schedule.
• Maintain and upkeep company truck and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues early and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Property Manager and teammates about status and needs.
• Keep tools, supplies, and workspaces organized and in good condition.
