JLL in Louisville, KY is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician responsible for wiring, plumbing, HVAC/R support, and general building maintenance across assigned facilities.

You will assist Mobile Engineers, perform routine coil cleaning and equipment servicing, handle minor repairs, and be on-call for after-hours emergencies. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; safety and housekeeping are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable; minimum one year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Support operation, inspection and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Assist operations team with HVAC/R and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment care.
• Handle minor repairs such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Mobile Maintenance Technician

What this job involves

The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Assists Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.

What is your day to day?

• Assistthe operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Generalinterior maintenance- HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder,cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.).
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
• Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and generalmaintenance asassigned.
• This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Comply withall safety procedures,maintaininggood housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods toeliminatethem.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
• Documents work performance and materials procurement as directed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Candidate mustpossessand maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable, have a minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Must haveabilityto lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, andpossessmechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process.

Preferred Qualifications

• UST Class B Certification
• Ability tocomply withboth Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures.
• Successfulcandidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.
