Envolve CommunityManagement Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Forest Court Apartment Community in Kenton, OH. The role includes repairing appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and basic carpentry, along with performing preventive maintenance and completing work orders.

The ideal candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7, hold HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance experience, and be able to move heavy equipment safely.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Able to move heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, and plumbing as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed, including 24/7 availability.

Envolve CommunityManagement Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Forest Court Apartment Community in Kenton, OH.

Duties:

Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.

Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.

Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

This candidate must be available to help with emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.

Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.

The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
