Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a client facility. The role involves hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and performance improvements to keep conveyors, motors, sensors, and automation running safely and efficiently.

Overnight shift flexibility is required. You will also document maintenance activities, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with a skilled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, conveyors, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
