Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, complete service requests promptly, and help maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction through quality service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renovation & Project Support: assist with unit renovations and property upgrades; coordinate with vendors and contractors; ensure work meets company standards.
• Unit Turns & Service Requests: complete unit turns efficiently, diagnose and repair issues in occupied units, minimize vacancy time.
• Preventative Maintenance & Compliance: perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems; maintain service records; follow safety procedures.
• Community Standards: maintain curb appeal and common areas; respond to resident requests; promote a safe, clean living environment.

The Opportunity

• Support renovation and capital improvement projects
• Execute high-quality, efficient unit turns
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally
• Contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives

Key Responsibilities
