• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Ability to drive and comply with vehicle policies.

Minimum qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing maintenance duties.
• Basic arithmetic skills for calculations and analysis.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and maintenance tools.
• Ability to handle chemicals and cleaning supplies safely.
• Driving responsibilities, valid driver’s license, and compliance with vehicle policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant apartments to be rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards, respond to resident requests, and resolve issues.
• Follow all policies, promote safety, and ensure legal compliance.
• Organize and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• May drive community vehicle and supervise other staff or contractors.
