Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems across apartment communities. You will install appliances, respond to resident requests, and help maintain curb appeal.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, HVAC and EPA certifications preferred, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Some roles require a driver’s license and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license

Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour USD.
