Job description

As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, and oversee functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room. Responsible for all facility needs at our 6 central Indianapolis locations.

Responsibilities and Requirements

This position requires an individual that is self-motivated, able to manage time, proficient at multi-tasking, and pays great attention to detail and safety. Salary range starts at $50,000 for the right individual.

Required Knowledge or Skills

• Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control
• Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
• Ability to work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep the car wash in good working order
• Ability to read blueprints
• Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
• Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
• Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
• Manage monthly maintenance expense report
• Keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training.
