Job summary

The YMCA of Central Texas is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hutto, TX. The role includes maintaining supplies, assisting with building repairs, and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities.

Job description

The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician for our locations in Cedar Park, Round Rock, Hutto, and Burnet, TX.

Under the direction of the Facility Director, the Maintenance Technician will work with the general maintenance team of the YMCA of Central Texas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Assist with building and repair projects
• Submit recommendations to the maintenance team for painting, repairs, and furnishings
• Ensure cleanliness of facility and parking lot
• Identify needed repairs/prioritize tasks
• Assist in field maintenance as needed

Skills/ Requirements :

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects preferred

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
