Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift (11pm start) at a commercial office facility in Ohio. The role encompasses inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire and life-safety systems, plus carpentry, plumbing, painting and snow removal to maintain building infrastructure.
Candidates should have 2–5 years in commercial maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, basic CMMS usage, and good teamwork.
Maintenance Technician
General inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, test, and maintenance of all types of HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, life, safety, and facility systems. Provide additional facility maintenance services including carpentry, plumbing, painting, snow removal, and CMMS system data entry to maintain client’s building infrastructure and grounds in a commercial office facility.

The compensation for the position is: $28.90 - $34.00
