Job summary

Boxer Property Management Corp in Houston is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, efficient, and fully operational. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, respond to service requests, and participate in on-call coverage, while maintaining accurate safety and compliance records and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred.
• Experience in commercial or multi-building environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on-call emergency coverage.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records.
