Job summary

Ateeca Inc is seeking a maintenance professional to troubleshoot a range of mechanical equipment in a Hillsboro, Oregon facility. You will perform preventive maintenance inspections, develop procedures, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and support renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment and systems (HVAC, pumps, hydraulics, RO/DI, compressed air).
• Experience in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Develop and implement planned maintenance procedures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and track consumption.
• Assist in installing and servicing new equipment.

Job description

• Performs trouble-shooting techniques on mechanical equipment such as HVAC, pumps, agitators, hydraulic systems, RO/DI purified water systems, compressed air and other gas equipment and distribution systems to determine problems and effect repairs as promptly and efficiently as possible to minimize downtime.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections.
• Develops and implements planned maintenance procedures, performs job estimates, maintains spare parts inventory.
• Keeps stock persons informed as to parts consumed from inventory.
• Assists in installing, inspecting new equipment and servicing installations.
• Provides support to co-workers, contractors, vendors, project managers, building managers, and engineers as necessary to support project and renovation work.
• Associates degree or trade school certification in Industrial Electrical, Industrial Mechanical, Industrial Technology, HVAC or a related field.
