Job summary

Vi at Highlands Ranch seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our skilled team in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety equipment and building automation systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with mechanical equipment, familiar with trade skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment or performing building repairs.
• Trade school or courses in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Carpentry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and life safety systems.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment.
• Support building automation systems.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, building automation systems and equipment. Operates and maintains maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and/or performing building repairs.
• A trade school or courses in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional requirements include:

• Knowledge of safety procedures, preventative maintenance program and work order programs.
