Job summary

Celeron Square Associates LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking a hardworking maintenance technician to keep our facility safe and functional. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and respond to repair requests as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting for structural damage, maintaining laundry and workout areas, keeping detailed service records, and carrying out preventative maintenance. Snow removal and groundskeeping are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Valid CT driver license.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairsInspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairsKeep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last servicedmaintaining our laundry facilities and work out areaDevelop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our facility operating efficiently and prevent any safety risksHandle additional maintenance tasks as needed.Grounds keeping to include operating lawn equipment, trimmers etc.Snow removal, including the use of snow blowers, manual shoveling as needed.
