Job summary

FourSite- Apartment Community is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role requires good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a positive team-player attitude.

FourSite Property Management’s mission is to provide quality service and housing to our customers while maintaining a professional image. The position offers benefits and a schedule that includes Monday through Saturday with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Experience in home repairs and basic maintenance.
• Ability to perform painting tasks and surface prep.
• Knowledge of pool care and pool area maintenance.
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties.
• Basic computer skills for work orders.
• Available for on-call maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects
• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal

Maintenance technician skills:

• Home repair or handyman skills
• Experience with painting
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
