Job summary

Proresidential in Galt, CA is seeking a thorough Maintenance Technician to preserve the condition and functionality of our premises. The role includes electrical work, system setup and general upkeep across the property.

Requirements include at least 3 years in a similar role and bilingual Spanish. The candidate will handle repairs, pest control and routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in top condition.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in apartment complexes and/or construction.
• Basic understanding of electrical and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances and devices.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, repair circuit breaker panels).
• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
