Job summary

Carbon Performance in Franklin, TN is seeking a dedicated fitness equipment technician to repair and maintain gym equipment across locations. You'll perform preventative maintenance, handle emergency repairs, and conduct safety assessments to keep facilities up and running.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, with part-time availability. You will also handle minor building repairs and coordinate with management to prioritize tasks at assigned sites.

Summary

As the fitness equipment technician you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining fitness equipment, with job duties including preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety assessments. You will also carry out minor building repairs and coordinate with management to prioritize repairs and maintenance at your assigned location(s).

Job Expectations

• Ability to diagnose and repair all fitness equipment
• Ability to order parts from fitness equipment supplier
• Ability to responsibly handle cordless power tools
• Ability to mount racks, whiteboards, amenities to drywall
• Ability to carry out minor drywall/paint repairs
• Ability to unclog sinks and toilets
• Carry out scheduled maintenance
• Order upholstery repairs from local vendor

Minimum Requirements
