Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced packaging manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and automated equipment experience. Corrugated packaging exposure, rotary die cutters or folder gluers is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and power transmission systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical circuits, motors, sensors, and related controls.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives/VFDs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding and basic fabrication skills.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to production breakdowns.
• Familiarity with CMMS/work-order systems.
• Basic computer skills; OSHA safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production and converting equipment.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and complete repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, drives, sensors, and basic PLC/ladder logic.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems with pumps, cylinders, valves, and related components.
• Service conveyors, gear trains, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and other power transmission equipment.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment prints.
• Perform equipment rebuilding, fabrication, and basic welding as required.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
• Support facility systems (HVAC, compressors, water chillers) and safety procedures.

**Maintenance TechnicianFort Worth, TXPackaging ManufacturingSalary: $28/hr - $32/hrShift: 1stShift 6am-2:30pmStart Date: ASAPPosition Summary:**We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Fort Worth, TX. This is a hands-on position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with experience working on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, power transmission systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
