Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Troubleshooting and managing the plant optimization of control systems including PLCs, VFDs, I/O, vision systems, HMIs, industrial networking systems, DCS system, and automation and control software
Ability to configure and make programming changes to PLC, HMI & robots
Assist technical services in machine repair, changeover, set-up and operation as required
Perform all preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled
Have mechanical aptitude that compliments electrical capabilities
Ability to schedule time, materials and equipment required to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required documentation
Support of Production as and when required
Work cross-functionally with maintenance and production
May be required to design and draw schematics for equipment updates
Work with outside vendors effectively coordinating work
