Position Description:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside knowledgeable and dedicated team members to ensure success.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have work experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment with CNC machines and mechanical presses.
• Possess strong electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Have experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting.
• Understand hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
• Be capable of troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Be flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Support production operations by maintaining hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as scheduled.
• Select materials and operate tools and equipment, including electrical hand tools and measurement devices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment using effective techniques and repair methods.
• Work from drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
