Basic design and fabrication skill are also required. The incumbent shall exercise good judgement in regard to quality, safety, and the security of the plant facilities, as well as maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment. Must have good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both orally and written. An a maintenance employee, the incumbent will be required to work in all areas of the facility, indoors & outdoors, under adverse conditions. The environment ranges from below 0 F to above 100 F, wet, humid confined spaces and unique situations.
