Job summary

SNS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati communities. This hands-on role requires pride in workmanship, problem-solving skills, and ensuring residents have a safe, well-maintained home.

You will perform service and preventative maintenance to keep properties running smoothly, with tools and vehicles provided by the company and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience.
• HVAC repair experience required.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Strong reliability and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs).
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections across the property.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings and grounds.
• Communicate clearly with residents on service updates.
• Accurately document all work completed in Appfolio, our property management software.
• On-call rotation one week each month.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day functionality and upkeep of our communities in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who take pride in their work, solve problems quickly, and ensure residents have a safe, well‑maintained place to call home.

• This position is dedicated to service and preventative maintenance; keeping properties running smoothly and addressing issues before they escalated. SNS Maintenance Technician's do not perform unit turns.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs)
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections across the property
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings and grounds
• Communicate clearly & respectfully with residents on service updates

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ year of apartment or facilities maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • HVAC repair experience required
  • EPA 608 certification preferred
• Strong reliability and accountability
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Basic communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Top‑of‑industry compensation based on experience and capabilities

Work Environment, Travel & Physical Requirements

• On site role at Clearwater Apartments & Summit Crossing Apartments
  • Occasional travel to additional local communities within 15 miles
  • MUST be within 30 minutes of properties
• Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
