Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our on-site team. You will preserve property attributes, provide support to management, enforce safety, and deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property's physical attributes and curb appeal.
• Support management in upholding community standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and security.
• Inspect and keep the property looking its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
