The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

What's your day like?

As a new Full-Time Maintenance Technician at the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, you can expect a variety of engaging responsibilities each day. Your primary tasks will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the facilities are clean and functional. You'll work hands‑on with tools and equipment, conducting repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Daily inspections will be crucial to identify potential problems before they escalated. You will collaborate closely with other team members to create efficient workflows and solve problems as they arise.

Communication with the public and staff will also be essential, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence and customer focus. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, providing you with a consistent work routine to thrive in your role.
