Job summary

Polyram USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities at our Evansville facility, ensuring peak equipment performance and safety. This role requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities include defining PM plans, performing PMs, repairing production equipment, managing stock and tooling levels, and supporting technical purchasing.

Polyram USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within our facility to ensure optimum performance and safety of all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan for all site equipment.
• Ensure the actual performing of PM activity done according to plan and to technical requirements.
• Provide service to production dept.: solutions and repair for equipment breakage.
• Manage maintenance part required stock and maintain stock level.
• Manage Critical Tooling required level and maintain stock level.
• Technical purchasing of equipment.
• Initiate corrective/preventive actions related to maintenance process, equipment or correct usage of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• (Required) 3 Years Maintenance Tech Experience or Relevant Associate Degree
• Proven experience in maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
