Brookdale Senior Living seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician to service and repair building systems and equipment at our communities. You will handle scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, respond to resident requests, and collaborate with community leadership to keep facilities safe and welcoming.

The role supports ongoing programs to promote health and safety and may involve opportunity to participate in Brookdale's development and well-being initiatives.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
