Pivotal Housing Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Reserve at Douglasville, GA. You will perform routine maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents, while supporting emergencies as needed.

The role emphasizes responsive service and reliability in a multifamily community. This full-time on-site position offers a transparent pay range starting at $22+ per hour, with opportunities for growth, on-call responsibilities, and benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in property maintenance or similar roles.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance and on-call support for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48 hours).
• Broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and prioritize multiple tasks.

As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide high quality service to our residents, joining a team of outstanding team members with a commitment to excellence. You will hold yourself to a high set of standards, demonstrate a positive, service-minded demeanor, and successfully manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be our go-to person to ensure our residents are taken care of in the event of an emergency.

**We are embracing technology in how we serve our communities. Our HVAC Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for your use of your personal smartphone to stay connected with us and process through your work orders.**

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered "set-outs" when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies

Requirements

Successful candidates will have

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
