Job summary

Village Green is seeking an immediate Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and apartment turns while providing friendly resident service. The role includes on-call responsibilities, weekend work when needed, and contributing to curb appeal and general property upkeep.

The position requires 1-3 years in hotel industry or multifamily housing, strong customer service, and solid repair skills across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year's of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus!
• Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary!

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
• Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
