Packaging Corporation of America in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will join a team that performs preventive maintenance and responds to breakdowns to keep line productivity high.

This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience and a technical degree is a plus.

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
• Production schedule is 3 shifts; shifts assigned by plant needs and seniority.

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown calls in a production environment.
• Work as part of a team to safely execute maintenance tasks.
• Multicraft training is provided to develop skills across trades.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range = $29.99-$40.79 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Denver, CO.
• This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.
• All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• The production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.
• Be Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
