Job summary

Cellofoam North America Inc. in Conyers, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support, diagnose, and execute corrective actions within the site maintenance program.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and building systems, with safety as the top priority. The role requires basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting, CAD/blueprint literacy, and the ability to work with contractors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years training or experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform preventive and predictive maintenance across site equipment and building systems.
• Uphold safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Record maintenance activities using the Fixx system and related tools.
• Collaborate with outside contractors and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform other production duties as requested by supervision.
• Operate in a manner consistent with corporate safety and business conduct standards.

Position Summary:This position is responsible for supporting, diagnosing, and executing corrective actions for the site/plant maintenance program. This includes preventive, predictive maintenance of the equipment and building to ensure optimum efficiency and output. Responsible for ensuring that personal and plant safety are the number one priority.
