Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems across our facilities.

You will read and interpret work orders and diagrams to determine repair needs, dismantle and repair machinery, and maintain accurate records. The role requires five years of mechanical/industrial maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with hand tools and basic welding.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Five (5) years of experience in mechanical/industrial maintenance (preferred).
• Read and interpret work orders; communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, switches, AC/DC drive controls, motor controls, and PLC systems.
• Proficient in use of hand tools and basic welding.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards safely and efficiently.
• Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.
• Maintain cross-department communication on safety, routing, and operations.
• Intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Compensation: $24.00 to $34.00 DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and specifications to determine repair needs.

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Five (5) years of experience in a role demonstrating strong mechanical and industrial maintenance skills (preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, switches, AC/DC drive controls, motor controls, and PLC systems.

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and able to perform basic welding tasks.

• Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards safely and efficiently.

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and working independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to maintain communication across departments regarding safety, routing, and operations.

• Demonstrates intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
