Brookdale Senior Living seeks aMaintenance Technician to support community operations across HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment. You will respond to maintenance requests from directors and residents, and coordinate safety checks.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and timely repairs to keep living spaces in top condition while adhering to policies.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
