You will work under SOPs, support safety standards, and coordinate with contractors when needed. The ideal candidate has an industrial background, a high school diploma or GED (trade school preferred), and strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical or electrical maintenance operations.

• Lead contractor actions when necessary and coordinate with teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective actions; document outcomes and root causes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety/5S housekeeping requirements.
• Communicate operational status and deviations clearly.
• Support continuous improvement at personal and operational levels.

Alleima USA LLC Scranton Hot Flow (PEXCO) is looking for Maintenance Technician in Clarks Summit PA.

Your Role

This role as Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following:

• Mechanical or Electrical maintenance operations.
• Analyze, prepare, plan and carry out small to medium sized improvements on machines and equipment (major sized improvements if necessary).
• If necessary order and take lead on actions performed by contractors.
• Preventive maintenance, perform corrective actions, supports planning and preparation, monitors outcome, documentation (outcome, root cause, time, improvements).
• Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Achievement of maintenance targets.
• Follow quality and cleanliness standards.
• Communication of operational status and any deviations.
• Safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
• Continuous improvements and development on a personal and operational level.
• Specific or expert competence within a specific area.

About You

The Maintenance Technician must possess previous industrial experience and possess a high school diploma or GED, with a trade school degree preferred. You have demonstrated competence in troubleshooting and diagnosis of a variety of complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
