Job summary

ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of field experience, a valid HVAC license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver's license required.
• Completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems: Execute the full range of maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix HVAC system problems efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance: Conduct regular and preventive system checks to keep systems in top condition.
• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Compliance and safety: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Education: Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship helpful.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
