Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. seeks a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility near Cary, IL. This 2nd shift role runs from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on plant equipment rather than site facilities.

You will perform electronic, electrical, and mechanical maintenance, read schematics, troubleshoot instruments, and support safety and quality checks in a climate-controlled plant with a tenured team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
• Associate's Degree or Trade School Certificate preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Machine maintenance including electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, repairs and PM.
• Maintain plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics and control diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate level, pressure, temp, and flow instruments.
• Work with electronic controls and relay logic systems.
• Read blueprints and equipment manuals.

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for thier Manufacturing facility near Cary IL. This is a 2nd Shift Position working from 3:00 - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday. This facility is climate controlled and has a tenured maintenance staff. This posiiton will focus on the plant equipment only and doesn't include the site facilities. This is a large, North American copany with over 70 domestic production facilities, including 6 in the greater Chicagoland area alone. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Machine maintenance processes include: electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, as well as repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.
• Disassembling and reassembling of machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics and process control diagrams.
• Troubleshooting and calibrating level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.process instrumentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing performing machine maintenance

• Reporting to work on time and dependability is imperative
